Fee: $50.00 on try-out day
Time:Sunday
Session I 2:00pm - 4:00pm Ages 12 - 14
Session II 4:00pm - 6:00pm Ages 15 - 18
All players must bring birth certificate.

The parent and team meeting for the upcoming season will be held at Spike Sport Facility on
November 15, 2010. All committed players will be measured for uniforms, review club
guidelines and complete paperwork.
The Commitment fee of $500 is due when the player makes the team and signs the contract.
This fee will be deducted from the total tuition and the balance of all fees will be paid in monthly
installments, which will be stated in the contract.
Tuition:
13’s - 14’s -15’s Local $2300
16’s – 17’s Local $2300
18’s National $2800
Tuition and Commitment fee includes: Lone Star Registration, Referee Clinic (mandatory for all
players), Club expenses (equipment, supplies, administration, website fee & maintenance),
Court Fees, Tournament Fees, Coaches Salary, Coaches travel and per diem and Team Uniforms.
Team Uniform includes: Two game jerseys, One pair of spandex, One warm-up suit, One pair of
socks, One practice shirt and One team bag.
